Guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:
- Rates that are not publicly available (negotiated rates, wholesale, contracted rates, corporate or group rates)
- Discount rates such as AAA, seniors, military, etc.
- Package rates that include additional services or amenities like meals, parking, etc.
- Package rates from wholesale websites or packaged with other travel services like flight or rental car
- Rates negotiated for an extended stay longer than 30 days
- Pre-paid rates
- Mobile app rates from mobile devices such as but not limited to iPads, iPhones, iPods, etc.
- Rates that are available on auction websites
- Rates on websites that do not disclose brand, such as Priceline or Hotwire
- Additional exclusions may apply
Avanti Palms rate and comparison rate must be found within 24 hours of booking for the same hotel, same room type and same reservation dates.
